Precision-Engineered Excellence in Brass  Cast parts and CNC machined Components.Brass CNC machined castings combine the benefits of traditional casting methods with the precision of computer numerical control (CNC) machining. This process allows for the creation of complex Brass components with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. We offer Sand casting, Shell molding, Investment casting, Gravity casting, Open die casting, permanent mold casting etc from various Brass grades.

At Conex Casting, we specialize in producing high-quality Brass CNC machined castings for a wide range of industries. Our state-of-the-art CNC technology combined with our expertise in Brass casting allows us to deliver components with unparalleled accuracy and consistency.

Our Process:

  • Casting: We begin with premium Brass alloys, carefully cast into near-net shape using Sand casting, Shell molding, Investment casting, Gravity casting, Open die casting, permanent mold casting etc.
  • Material: All grades of Brass can be cast by us including free cutting Brass, silicon Brasses and lead-free Brasses.
  • CNC Machining: Our advanced CNC machines precisely refine the castings to your exact specifications.
  • Quality Control: Rigorous inspections ensure each part meets our own stringent as well as ISO standards and conform to strict inspection plan.

Alloys Cast:

  • Red Brass (C83600): This alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, machinability, and ductility. It’s widely used in plumbing fixtures, marine hardware, and decorative items.
  • Yellow Brass (C36000): This is a popular alloy for general-purpose castings due to its good machinability, ductility, and strength. It’s used in a wide range of applications, including plumbing fittings, hardware, and electrical components.
  • Naval Brass (C46400): Offering high strength and corrosion resistance, naval Brass is often used in marine applications, heat exchangers, and pump impellers.
  • Manganese Bronze (C61400): This alloy combines good strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for gears, bearings, and other high-stress components.
  • Leaded Brass (C37700): Known for its excellent machinability, leaded Brass is used in applications where ease of machining is crucial. However, due to environmental concerns, lead-free alternatives are gaining popularity.
  • Silicon Brass (C35600): This alloy offers good castability and machinability, making it suitable for complex castings. It’s often used in automotive and plumbing components.

Applications:

  • Electrical connectors and components including transformer and switch gear components
  • Plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Marine hardware
  • Industrial machinery parts
